The relationships I’ve made over the course of my career. Most if not all of my friendships have been through my job or from events I’ve attended related to bartending. My friends mean the absolute most to me.
What is your favorite drink to make and why?New York Sour! I enjoy how simply adding red wine elevates the whiskey sour to another level as well as the labor needed to make it. Going from wet shake to dry, then carefully floating red wine with a bar spoon for smooth lines and an even smoother cocktail.
What would you do with the $20,000?I’d love to put it towards more gear and supplies for private/mobile events to take them to the next level. As boring as it sounds, the rest would go to bills and savings for the future. Some people tell me that I should get a fully working phone as well so I’ll say that too.
