What is your favorite drink to make and why?Old fashioned, Made in old style without any preps like simple syrup. Every single move is seen by guest, even gently stir when fluids are mixed. Also it's making you able to keep conversations. It isn't easiest cocktail to drink so you can longer watch guest enjoying every sip.
What would you do with the $20,000?I would invest on mobile bar business. My mission is bring art of bartending closer to people. With mobile bar making more opportunity for show your skills not only in one bar. I am working with molecular bartending. Making event to show people bartending is more than poring beers would be easier that way.
