What is your favorite drink to make and why?Every season the answer would be different, but right now, it is a Apple Cider Tequila Sour. Made with muddled lemons in house syrup, egg white, Reposado Tequila, and homemade apple cider. Shaken and double strained over ice served with Fuji apple slices and a cinnamon stick.
What would you do with the $20,000?I would invest in the company I work for, for a percentage. And use that money to help grow my own business in the future.
