It’s a combination of many things. First, getting to create various cocktails to appease each clients taste buds by tapping into my creative side. I enjoy getting to know so many different people and learning how to not only make them have a great bar experience but also a comfortable one. My best work is done when I’m in the weeds. I love the adrenaline boost I get conquering a busy shift.
What is your favorite drink to make and why?This is a hard one to choose. My favorite drinks to make are classics. The dirty martini, cosmopolitan, and a Manhattan. People who drink them truly crave them and love them. The best moment is watching them enjoy that first sip. You can almost feel the satisfaction. Which makes me happy.
What would you do with the $20,000?I would use it to make a down payment on a new home. Recently I have struggled with a bad divorce from an abuser and need a new home. It would be a huge help to get me on my feet and move forward.
