Learn MoreThe creative freedom to craft drinks tailored to each customers preferences. There’s a real satisfaction in making a cocktail that hits the mark, whether it’s a classic or something new. I love experimenting and discovering different recipes, finding delicious new flavours, and learning new techniques. It’s also rewarding to be in my own zone, having full control over the bar and the drinks I create, all while connecting with people.
What is your favorite drink to make and why?Fresh margaritas! It’s incredible versatile, whether I’m making a classic, fruity, or spicy version, there’s always room to get creative. I also love all things tequila, and it’s the perfect base for crafting a drink that can be refreshing or bold. As an added bonus, whatever is left over in the shaker is my little sweet treat to enjoy. It’s the perfect mix of fun, flavour, and a personal touch.
What would you do with the $20,000?I’d start by paying off debts, both my own and helping my parents with theirs. Next, I’d put a portion aside to save for a future home. Lastly, I’d treat myself to a vacation. As a bartender who rarely gets weekends off, a refreshing break is much needed every once in a while. This money would be balanced with financial responsibility, self-care, and future planning.
