Being on a level of comfortable vulnerability w/people & friends/regulars that you don't typically have in the workplace. I don't have anxiety before/after work. I feel at home behind the bar & in an industry that is abundant with new concepts. Most of all the diverse community that it supports and brings together is beautiful & I thrive on it. Behind the bar & in all aspects of life. I strive for genuineness & authenticity. Why be anyone but you, it's your meat suit, own it!

This answer has changed a few times throughout the competition. As much as would like to claim one of my recipes is my favorite to make, I have to admit that my favorite is actually what I create for a customer. I love building flavor profiles, & with my kitchen experience, the ability to produce exquisite cocktails on a moments notice is what I enjoy the most. Challenging myself is a necessity in all facets of my life in & out of work. Make a choice everyday to be better in some way.

I would help my son get a vehicle, & his own apartment so that he can work wherever he chooses instead of where he can walk or bike. I would really like to invest into where I work (THE OLDE OAK) & in a private food/bev events business with a close friend. Mostly I want to publish a poetry book, & comedy, without procrastinating due to cost. Writing is the predominant passion in my life & is how I am able to heal. I want to be able to use that to help others do the same. Do No Harm Take No S#@t
