What is your favorite drink to make and why?Whatever the customer is looking for. I start with a base sprit and work from there. I really enjoy classic mixology so the Last Word is probably my favorite cocktail to build, besides a Mi-Thai-they’re well balanced. Most people don’t like rum and gin so I like to push people out of their comfort zone.
What would you do with the $20,000?It would be start money for the bar I want to open and give me an opportunity never had.
