What is your favorite drink to make and why?I’m a little biased toward gin, so my favorite is a twist on “The Pimm’s Cup.” I love starting with fresh ingredients and creating a drink that’s not only refreshing but visually stunning—its calming color, cucumber rose, mint, and fuchsia carnation garnish make it a true showstopper. Sip, sip, hooray!
What would you do with the $20,000?My dream is to open a restaurant and bar, but I know the value of starting small. With $20,000, I’d launch a mobile bar business, building a foundation for my vision. Once successful, I’d save up for a brick-and-mortar space. Dreams… here I come!
