Learn MoreIn the year and a half I’ve been behind the bar with such a passion for it being connected seeing satisfaction running things smoothly when it’s busy! I’m the only bartender and can host up to 20 alone while in the mix people tell me im exactly where I should be and can hold it down. I am so proud to have such a love for mixology and the daily opportunity to mix and create new things. There’s so many ways to balance and showcase and play with tastes and exploring the world of liquor & connect
What is your favorite drink to make and why?Being inspired in the area of Ohio I live and it’s deep roots of Italian culture after attending a Mount Carmel Fest I tried a “Lemon shake up” I had to recreate something similar with fresh lemon juice limoncello and a bit of sweet makes the drink with a half sugar half salt rim it really switches up the notes depending on the side of the rim you choose.
What would you do with the $20,000?I’d love to get back to my home state of Oregon to do a Portland food & drink tour! It’s been so long since I’ve been home. My city is known for its gastrologyand mixology im eager to explore all the new options. I want to create a custom apron get great work shoes buy a bunch of cute pens & make a home bar section for me to create at home more. I also love to give back to foundations with good causes that would be apart of it.
