Honestly I would have to say the best thing about bartending is being your own boss and being creative. Bartending, you're pretty much in your own little world that you can share with guests, regulars, or the best people your family and friends. There is such a human connection that happens when bartending, it's not about getting people drunk but it's about having people experience flavors that can transport them to anywhere, anytime.
What is your favorite drink to make and why?My favorite drink to make is going to be an old fashioned because it was the first drink that got me into bartending in the first place. Not only is it my favorite cocktail to order, but it was the one that opened my eyes to the world and what exposed how natural I was with making cocktails and interacting with people. An old fashioned will always be dear to my heart.
What would you do with the $20,000?If I were the one to win the amazing grand prize of $20,000 I would definitely put some towards some debt but then put some towards an idea that has never been seen before that would combine my love event planning, bartending, and fashion. I'll let you imagine because you can't always tell people your next move in this world.
