I love the community that is built through sharing a drink together, whether it be a beer from the tap, or an aged spirit cocktail we only run once.
What is your favorite drink to make and why?I think the Negroni is the most versatile, but my favorite to make is a Manhattan. The recipe has been there forever, so it’s really about finding the perfect match of whiskey, sweet vermouth, and bitters. A good Manhattan is like a well tailored suit.
What would you do with the $20,000?I would put it towards homeownership, laying more permanent roots in my community, and looking towards a future business opportunity with that added stability.
