What is your favorite drink to make and why?My favorite cocktail to make is cliche but an old fashioned. I love the presentation of muddled cherries, oranges, sugars and bitters. But overall I love making rounds of shots! You look bad ass as you pour out 15 shots!
What would you do with the $20,000?If I won the $20,000 I would use it to help launch my own bar. I’ve been in the industry for almost 20 years, it’s time to invest in myself and my craft!
