What is your favorite thing about being a bartender?

Learning how to read people and match them to their beverage

What is your favorite drink to make and why?

Personally I love making a classic Caesar because it has multiple ingredients, you can curate it many different ways and it’s always pretty looking

What would you do with the $20,000?

I would finally kick start my business “The Bartender” which is freelance bartending for special events, parties, concerts, etc. the money would be used to buy equipment and a bar trailer (portable bar). My dream is to have a bar out of an old food truck and drive it across North America to different locations and serve all kinds of events
