What is your favorite drink to make and why?I have a drink I call the Mint Maguey and I love it because it takes your mouth on a journey and all the flavor notes and chemistry behind it warms your body and soothes your stomach. Tequila, ginger, mint, luxardo cherry and lime.
What would you do with the $20,000?I would invest in more equipment for my mobile bar, pay another year of liquor liability insurance and pay off some debt.
