One of the things I enjoy most is the interactions I have with the patrons. Learning about their favourite drinks, especially ones who travel from all over the world. It gives me an opportunity to make specialty drinks I’ve never made before and enhance my bartending skills.
What is your favorite drink to make and why?One of my favourite drinks to make so far is a traditional whiskey sour. It was the first drink I was taught to make by a mixologist I was trained by when I first started my career at the Casino in my home town.
What would you do with the $20,000?I would pay off my bills and take my children on a vacation as life has been difficult the last few years. They deserve so much after all they’ve been through.
