Honestly, the interaction with my customers. I am not too knowledgeable about mixology, but I LOVE to try new drink techniques and combinations. And seeing my customers get into that with me(because sometimes they are sitting at my bar when I do) it’s like coming up with a plan together!
What is your favorite drink to make and why?I love making old fashioned’s and a drink we call “off base” only because it’s so yummy and I love seeing the reactions it gives.
What would you do with the $20,000?Get my family as far out of debt as possible. I work my self to the bone, trying to provide for my family which include 6 kids and myself and husband who is currently stationed at fort Riley Kansas. Although bartending and restaurant industry is my passion, sometimes working/ struggling to make ends meet is too stressful.
