What is your favorite drink to make and why?A Queen’s Park Swizzle, definitely my favorite technique (okay it might be tied with throwing a cocktail). I love the fresh lime oil mingling with the raw citrus that comes from muddling before adding the mint and other ingredients. Swizzling adds a delightful texture while aerating and chilling. Finally the trifecta bitters float and bouquet of mint evokes the senses even before the first sip. It’s an experience from start to another round.
