What is your favorite thing about being a bartender?

Creating memories and introducing flavor combinations people don't expect.

What is your favorite drink to make and why?

Whisky sours. I grew up drinking bourbon and lemonade. I use that memory & historical cocktail knowledge to make a classic familiar cocktail that is layered with flavor.

What would you do with the $20,000?

Payoff my bills. Save half and take my Wife & children to Europe for a vacation.
