Hands down - the social aspect. My guests have become my friends and my family; laughing with me and sharing our news together over a beer or drink. I also love being in a fast-paced environment. When it’s busy I truly feel it’s my time to shine all with a smile on my face. I often sing along with the music as I work. I love making it fun for all!
What is your favorite drink to make and why?A great old-fashioned with a good bourbon. I come with experience working in one of the oldest family owned restaurants in Minnesota where we pumped out hundreds of old-fashioneds a night and I love that they’re a popular drink again.
What would you do with the $20,000?Nothing would make me happier and proud than using the $20,000 to help me start a family with my beautiful wife Crissy. ❤️
