Making other people feel good! I find pleasure in impressing tastebuds and exceeding expectations. I love when an interaction touches one's soul. It's even better when it touches mine. Not every experience is the same for me. I'm authentic with my approach to the service industry. It's more than Food and Drinks to me. It's a vibe. I love making connections and creating new regulars. My guests become my friends and sometimes like family.

I enjoy making up things on the spot, catering to what people enjoy. Not everyone and everything is the same. Improvising is a skill I'm good at behind the bar. I've been put to the test quite a few times and have been successful every time so far. However, I must also add a dirty Martini to this answer. As a filthy lover, I have been entrusted to make them for the pickiest of the Martini clan. That satisfies me so. It's so simple, but people are extremely particular about their martinis.

1. I am a new mom so I would love to put something aside for my daughter's needs. 2. Towards bills for sure! 3. I haven't had a vacation in a while, I'd love to go somewhere! I deserve one. 4. Towards my own business needs/goals and sponsorships towards other local artists/businesses for support and exposure. 5.
