My favorite thing about tending bar is that for part of the night, I’m somebody’s favorite person. I love all my out of town guests and hearing their stories!
What is your favorite drink to make and why?I love to make Transfusions and I love making Old Fashioneds. Most of my customers are between 45 and 65 and all love these drinks. I feel like I’m simple. I don’t need to make the fancy drinks to make my guests happy. They are there to see me and my personality. They could drink anywhere, but the bartender is why they choose the bar they do.
What would you do with the $20,000?I’m 41 and have been trying to buy a home for a long time. I’d use the 20,000 to put a down payment on a home. I work hard. It would be well deserved for sure!
