“When people tell me your the best bartender ever” As a veteran bartender, at events I am often creating custom cocktails geared towards individual guests. Seeing that smile and naming drinks on the spot based on the guest is extremely satisfying.
What is your favorite drink to make and why?My favorite drink to make is a margarita with a topshelf anejo, orange liquer, a little lime and pineapple juice with a dragonfruit float. Shaken really well. This allows me to educate guests on drinking quality spirits vs. cheap spirits.
What would you do with the $20,000?I would hold a mega cocktail class for all my friends and family on board a beautiful yacht for the weekend.
