The stage you get to perform on is always different. The ability to know that I will not fold under pressure , because when you have barely any ice left , 1 clean glass , out of wine , your bar is full and 10 drink tickets deep and don’t have a nervous breakdown , it’s a valuable life skill you gain. It’s amazing.
What is your favorite drink to make and why?I love making all cocktails but if I had to pick one it would probably be margaritas. So simple and classic but so hard to perfect. To me , margaritas give me a free range to start with all fresh ingredients and build so many different flavor profiles. I rarely get complaints on my drinks but never margaritas.
What would you do with the $20,000?20,000$ would be so life changing for me and my kids right now. After losing literally everything in my life this year including my mother who was all I had ,20,000$ would allow me to start my bartending business properly and stop working 3/4 jobs to support me and my kids. I work so hard so I can provide for my boys because I’m all they have and one day they are going to know everything I have done is for them.
