I enjoy creating something special with ingredients you wouldn't expect and making them work.I love meeting people in the bar setting because they let down their facade and show their real selves.I like to create an environment people can escape from and forget where they are.My all-time favorite thing is seeing people wowed by what we have to offer and seeing that we didn't take the easy route to do what we do but we do it the right way no short cuts.
What is your favorite drink to make and why?A 1934 zombie. The main reason this is my favorite to make is all of the ingredients. When someone watches me make this cocktail you can see the amazement on their face, and they know and feel they are getting a well-crafted cocktail.
What would you do with the $20,000?If I was to win the $20,000, I would use some of it to help my dad out with medical bills. anything left over I would love to donate to the bar that I love Tiki-Ko. The bar has some improvements that I would love to bring to fruition to further envelop people in escapism. I want to help people forget where they are and teleport them another place with no worries.
