Trying to half listen to everyone at the same time as I am making drinks, taking orders, settling tabs and trying not to snap out on the guy banging his bottle off the bar to get my attention for another beer.
What is your favorite drink to make and why?Long Island Ice Tea because it has multiple ingredients, it's pretty damn strong and it's just the thing you want to make for one of your regulars who already wants to arm wrestle you when you have a full bar.
What would you do with the $20,000?Considering putting it toward a new bar/restaurant. (I had one in 2021-2022) But I much rather write and perform live with my band so probably invest in a new album and tour.
