My favorite aspect of being a bartender is showing my creativity through cocktails. I love that bartending has no limitations on how creative you can be. I enjoy the challenge of figuring out what flavor profiles work well together to craft a balanced cocktail.
What is your favorite drink to make and why?Margaritas are my favorite drink to make because of their versatility and they give me the creative freedom to come up with a tasty spin on a classic drink. I love developing any type of margarita and playing around with different tequilas, especially mezcal. Lastly, I love watching my guests enjoy my margaritas because I put a lot of heart and soul into them.
What would you do with the $20,000?If I win the $20,000 I would use that money for my mobile bartending business. I just recently left my full time bartending job to pursue this new venture. I’m very excited about my future in this industry and that money would really help me with more education and supplies that I need to bartend on a larger scale.
