What is your favorite drink to make and why?Manhattan. Classic, simple, delicious, very appropriate for my bar at the 101st floor of the World Trade Center. It also just one of those cocktails that has such beautiful presentation.
What would you do with the $20,000?Well it’s my son’s 6th birthday today! I’d put some money away towards his future education, and some towards a ring for my girlfriend.
