Talking to customers and making them laugh. You only have a few minutes with each person. When they come back to the bar for their next round, I want them to be excited.
What is your favorite drink to make and why?The Boulevardier. I learned how to bartend in Kentucky so, bourbon is my go to. It's a very simple drink but, it's so delicious and elegant (if made correctly).
What would you do with the $20,000?I would use the money to pay for my son's school tuition. I'd love to say I'd open or buy into a bar business but my son is the most important person to me. Securing his future would make me so proud and provide a true sense of purpose.
