As much as I love creating unique, elegant and crazy fun beverages with modern and old techniques. My favorite aspect of this path is connections. Life to me is all about the law of exchange. Cultivating relationships with industry folk and guests all around coming together to enjoy such a beautiful part of life. Life long connections!
What is your favorite drink to make and why?One of my favorite cocktails to make is a twist on a martini style cocktail. There’s such beauty in a cocktail up that makes it feel special. The combination of tequila, elderflower and citrus creates this unique Japanese Lychee style agave cocktail without any actual lychee. A touch of sweet vermouth and saline rounds the cocktail out. Versatility is also a key factor in why I love making this drink, if you’d prefer gin or whiskey they can also be a delicious replacement!
What would you do with the $20,000?This prize money is more money than I can fathom. I just had my first baby recently so I couldn’t be prouder to be a father. Earnings would go to turning my day to day job into a life long career for myself, my family and friends. Doing this for my lady and my son! <3
