My favorite drink to make is one I created for a national flair cocktail competition I entered and won. It’s a unique infusion of dragon fruit with cardamom, cinnamon, jalapeños, turmeric, and sugar, blended with pineapple rum and tequila. The result is a perfectly balanced drink with sweet, spicy, and vibrant flavors that keep you coming back for the next sip. It was described as a cocktail everyone could enjoy, offering a refreshing kick that’s both exciting and approachable.

If I won I would use it to launch my dream of setting up a mobile event bartending business specializing in flair bartending and craft mixology. I envision creating a program where I can teach others the art of bartending and help them secure jobs at events. This would not only fill a gap in my community, but also provide valuable opportunities for those passionate about bartending. The business would foster a dedicated team and empower others to build successful careers in the industry.
