Learn MoreMy regulars. Gaining not only a following but people I consider friends over the years. They help me get through the hard days. Whether I’m busy with service tickets, or dealing with other customers at the bar, they’re always there to cheer me on and make me laugh with great conversation. Plus making cocktails in general is usually a blast when you get your rhythm going.
What is your favorite drink to make and why?I don’t have a fave, but I do have a love/hate relationship with espresso martinis. I may sound cocky, but people in my small town tell me I make the best around. Also, whiskey sours. The dry shake with the egg white looks awkward,& i tend to not make eye contact while doing that. But they’re delicious.
What would you do with the $20,000?This is probably the hardest question. Honestly, I’d take my family & closest friends on a super nice vacation. Then I’d most likely put the rest in my savings, and give some to my local animal shelters. Giving back, to me, is the biggest reward. Being able to do that would mean the world.
