It’s all about the people for me. I genuinely love making people feel good. No matter what’s going on in my personal life, I’m instantly happy to be behind the bar. What is your favorite drink to make and why?A classic Margarita. One day, I was serving at the best pizza joint in the universe and our bartender no-call-no-showed. I just knew my boss, Big Al, would roll his eyes when I said, “I’ll do it!” To my surprise, he said, “Sure, you’d be perfect for it!” We went straight to the bar & he taught me how to make the perfect Marg & the basic chemistry concept of drink making. It was like I jumped on another timeline, life changed! Everyone says I make the best one, still 20 years later!
What would you do with the $20,000?First I'd go out & tip my bartender an absurd amount. Then I'd take my crew on a vacation. Then with what's leftover, I’d make a 20 year dream come true & open my own bar!
