What is your favorite drink to make and why?Old fashion will always be that for me, growing up on Royal St. in the French quarter made this my first drink ever to perfect and bourbon is a passion of mine, such simplicity yet still elegant and radiant in flavor! Bursting at every note and changing with every sip as you finish!
What would you do with the $20,000?I would put it towards starting my own company, would love to begin my own flare of southern cuisine and drinks across the northwest region and it’s been a passion if mine since I decided to leave the medical industry and pursue my true passion, the restaurant industry. I began serving at 14 at a local donut shop until I was old enough to serve at 18 where I then began bartending and from there I fell in love and had never felt such a feeling in an area of work besides behind that bar.
