I honestly have a favorite cocktail for every spirit but if I had to choose it will be. ESPRESSO MARTINI Why = because of all the different techniques you can use to build this drink, the endless versions of crafting it and the beautiful fragrance and taste of this drink really makes me so excited to make it every time ( well not at a busy bar ) but Also being born in Colombia just makes me a huge fan of coffee.

if I won a $20k prize, I would invest it in building my own bar. this has been a personal dram of mine, and the prize would a great start. I'd focus on creating a unique, welcoming space that showcase my passion for mixology and hospitality. the funds would go towards designing a distinctive concept, sourcing top quality ingredients and equipment, and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience in an inviting atmosphere.
