Resonating with customers on levels beyond alcohol. A good drink will encourage a customer to buy another, but the way I make my customers feel, is what will truly be remembered.
What is your favorite drink to make and why?I don’t have a favorite drink in particular. I love to test the palette of the customer. I’ll ask questions like do you like sour, or sweet? It allows me to continuously sharpen my skill set, while learning something new.
What would you do with the $20,000?I would invest in my future. I have a goal to open several restaurants, and bars. The grand prize would get me a step closer towards my dreams.
