Not only do I represent the establishment I work for, but also representing myself by marketing and standing out and providing at atmosphere that is exciting, comfortable, and knowledgeable for everyone that sits at my bar! Chattanooga is where I live and although its a smaller city, I have been known to be extremely well known here!
What is your favorite drink to make and why?Good question! I find making drinks more of a science and I enjoy making any cocktail because of it. Its hard to pin a favorite since all drinks are different and I love different. If I had to choose one, I would choose a drink more Asian focused fused with an "original" base. An example would be a mule. Maybe throw some Soju and Vodka with a hint of fruit flavor and honey ginger beer and mint standing out as refreshing! But, I do love me a good Sugar Cookie Espresso Martini too :)
What would you do with the $20,000?Easy answer. I would invest almost all of it. $20,000 is a comfortable amount of money to able to be able to grow. I would like to open a space here in Chattanooga that will stand out compared to other bars and I do believe I have the market, personality, and respect from others here to make it successful across the south and provide employment and service that you cant get anywhere else!
