What is your favorite drink to make and why?I do a twist on the Jungle Bird. Out here in West Texas there isn’t many rum drinkers so I switched the rum for whiskey(I’m sure I’m not the first to do it) but it’s been a hit out here. I call it the West Texas Oasis at the bar I work at.
What would you do with the $20,000?I would invest in myself. I want to start a mobile bar business and take my talents to people and create beautiful drinks for their events and show my talents all over West Texas and possibly expand that business even further.
