I also enjoy the creativity involved in crafting drinks for guests who aren’t sure what they want, and I take pride in delivering exactly what they were looking for—even if they didn’t know it themselves. Seeing their satisfaction is incredibly rewarding.
What is your favorite drink to make and why?Creating a smoked Old Fashioned is one of my favorite experiences behind the bar. I love the rich, layered aromas and the way the smoke enhances the depth of the spirit. Guests are always drawn to the process, and the flair of the fire adds an unforgettable touch to their experience.
What would you do with the $20,000?I’m passionate about starting a 5K event in memory of my parents, with the goal of supporting local charities and giving back to the community. Bringing people together for a meaningful cause and seeing the positive impact on others would be incredibly fulfilling and truly life-changing for me.
