My favorite thing about being a bartender is essentially being the I'm life of the party, and everyone who sits at the bar watching what I call "the show" making sure people are happy with their cocktails as well as the energy that they get when they sit at my bar, from greeting to farewell it's about connecting.
What is your favorite drink to make and why?My favorite drink to make is a gin based spritz, when you find the balance of sweet, acid and flavor to match the profile of any type of gin. It's a wonderful feeling having that first sip at home with loved ones, or showing someone at the bar that Gin is not just for tonic
What would you do with the $20,000?I would give my fiance the wedding she deserves, right now we can barely afford our wedding. She's never been in the industry and we met during covid. She's been the real MVP of significant others. If I could buy her the world I would.
