What is your favorite drink to make and why?In my opinion, an Espresso Infused Negroni can be enjoyed anytime of the day, or year. It has a nice, subtle taste, and if made correctly, it can be a relaxing, fun drink. Apart from being a bartender, I’m a full-time coffee roaster with a coffee roastery located in Cape Cod, MA. I love infusing my freshly roasted espresso with Campari to create the “Negroni con Cafè” which is delicious and unique because of its delicate sweet coffee notes (great as night cap).
What would you do with the $20,000?I would like to use it to open a craft cocktail espresso bar and donate part of it to a local animal shelter.
