the fact of being a bartender, everything that englobe the word has a deep meaning for me, stay behind the bar, restaurant or an event making cocktails as a experience! something with a storytelling behind , shaking, stirring, tell a story about a classic cocktail, making people happy, creating unforgettable moments, being a bartender is my passion, literally I live my life around that…so the answer for that would be being a bartender is my favorite thing about being a bartender
What is your favorite drink to make and why?Because I love bitter, I love amaro! So yes, the Negroni is my favorite cocktail! I’ve been making Negroni riffs for the past few years, always offering them at the bar, even creating for people who don’t have a bitter palate, like Strawberry Black Pepper Negroni, Coconut Clarified Negroni, changing up the bases by using pisco or vodka instead, making Campari foams or Campari air, turning something that’s already perfect for me, into something more diverse and complex for everyone to enjoy
What would you do with the $20,000?to support my dreams and continue investing in my knowledge, I need to take some courses, to continue growing and be close to main goal which is to have my own bar one day, so it would be of great help, I think this competition is a chance to prove and challenge myself. Winning will give me more experience which is even more important then money but I know the two things together will put me one step closer to my own bar, are you ready for a Negroni?
