Honestly it is the people who I meet, the stories I hear and the bonds I establish with my clientele. Bartending is an art form when done properly but bars are where people come together to find common ground and I love being the master of ceremonies for such an event.
What is your favorite drink to make and why?I love making The Cobalt, it was the first drink I ever created, my favorite thing about it is everyone tastes something different in it and it usually triggers a memory or a sense. I get excited to hear each person's take on it. It was crafted in the old ways but it is a new age cocktail.
What would you do with the $20,000?I am an entrepreneur and a restauranteur and I would put the money towards creating an amazing space for my town to call home. Where great people can get together over great drinks and great conversation.
