Learn MoreBeing a bartender teaches me new things everyday. I learn about how different flavors pair together, I learn about new people and stories they have. My favorite thing about the job I have chosen is learning different skills and experiences everyday I show up. Learning everyday gives me motivation to continue to be a bartender and expand on how I make cocktails and how I interact with my clientele.
What is your favorite drink to make and why?My favorite drink to make is a classic margarita. Fresh lime, agave, quality tequila. It’s the drink that always suits your pallet and can be twisted for each season. On each menu I come up with I always try to have a twist of a margarita to make it suited to the season. It is one of my most ordered cocktails where I work because of the consistent freshness. You can make it spicy, fruity, less or more tarte. Its versatility never fails to make my tastebuds happy.
What would you do with the $20,000?With $20,000 I would put that towards strengthening my career and branching out to start my own bartending “food truck” for weddings, events, etc. I would also use the money to expand my knowledge on owning and running a business.
