The bar is my playground. I absolutely love creating, especially spontaneously. I enjoy making unique syrups, garnishes and crafting recipes in the back of the house from scratch. Providing unforgettable experiences is also one of my favorite parts about bartending. Having tourists come back because of your exceptional hospitality is truly an honor. There’s never just a regular or boring day for a bartender, there’s always something unique about every single shift.
What is your favorite drink to make and why?Negroni This drink is very elegant and takes precise balance and consistency. I like to make traditional Negronis, as well as, put my own touch of character while maintaining its history and flavor profiles. It is a perfect drink for every occasion.
What would you do with the $20,000?I would use some of the money to help our family buy a home and I will use the rest to help my parents.
