So much of this industry brings me joy, the smiles, the rush, the creativity, lifelong connections, never ending growth, I could go on for days. I really love the aspect of being a facilitator of fun and a curator of vibes whether I am working at the music venue or a night club I just love happy faces. Selfishly, I am addicted to the rush of volume, I've focused most of my bar path on speed and efficiency, maybe its mental illness but the peace I feel what most would be weeded in is next level.

I HATE this question and Im sure my response will disqualify me; I could tell you how Im inspired by my travels, Ive found the traditional way to make blah blah blah... I AM SO OVER this bastardization of bartending and 30 minutes to make a $20 cocktail for 2oz of Amaro. I know craft, but there's too much focus individual creations while neglecting the bar experience. As its a competition though I love my riff on a Side Car, Brandy, Chai simple, Orange. Musky yet feminine, seasonal and warming.

Trying to survive the Covid shut downs and a failed marriage decimated my savings, and my mental health. I’m ready to move on financially and would like to focus on the next chapter of my life. I have big dreams and would like to start moving towards them, opening a bar/venue and home ownership. I have worked endlessly for years, leveled up my career immensely but the health effects of multiple jobs and doubles it’s very apparent, I just can’t see my way out of this financial burden.
