What is your favorite thing about being a bartender?

The subtle beauty of creativity and talent. I love the stress and the excitement, Always the final product.

What is your favorite drink to make and why?

That’s a tough one. I’m a basic guy, after over 25 years I still get excited over someone who orders something that I’ve never heard and learning something new, But I still love making margaritas, bloody Marrys and Long Island iced teas just like the next guy. Something about putting a lot of white booze in a glass and topping it off with some sweet stuff and making it taste good and watching the expression on the customers face as they walk satisfied with the drink they ordered .

What would you do with the $20,000?

You never really know until it’s in your hand. But most likely it will go to my two children’s future.
