I love the aesthetics, crafting the perfect drink, and making sure the guests have a great experience. It's the little things too, like the history of the cocktail the weight of the tools in your hand.
What is your favorite drink to make and why?I love to make the sazerac because there is a ton of proper technique involved. You can really tell if a bartender knows their cocktail history and technique based on how they make their sazerac.
What would you do with the $20,000?I would go to New Orleans and party for a week drinking at all the historic bars. Watching the jazz bands and trying the food. I would enjoy the cocktail capital of the world.
