What is your favorite thing about being a bartender?

I love the aesthetics, crafting the perfect drink, and making sure the guests have a great experience. It's the little things too, like the history of the cocktail the weight of the tools in your hand.

What is your favorite drink to make and why?

I love to make the sazerac because there is a ton of proper technique involved. You can really tell if a bartender knows their cocktail history and technique based on how they make their sazerac.

What would you do with the $20,000?

I would go to New Orleans and party for a week drinking at all the historic bars. Watching the jazz bands and trying the food. I would enjoy the cocktail capital of the world.
