I absolutely adore the people in my life! I've heard famous chefs say that cooking is a way of showing generosity because it nourishes others. I think hospitality complements that perfectly by offering comfort and warmth during life’s daily storms. Creating special moments every day for my wonderful community fills me with so much joy!
What is your favorite drink to make and why?I have a Raspberry Whiskey Sour on my menu that I absolutely love. It’s made with egg white, which creates a nice foam layer on top, allowing me to create art with colored syrups. It’s the perfect combination of art and libations!
What would you do with the $20,000?I’d love to take my team to a fun conference or expo! I always try to spark some passion in my peers through great books and the stories of amazing bartenders. But just imagine how incredible it would be to bring them to the Welcome Conference or Tales of the Cocktail! Plus, it would be nice to have a little extra cash to pay off some bills, right? Haha!
