What is your favorite drink to make and why?I don’t really have a favorite to craft but I do enjoy entering into the Old Fashioned debate! Lol One of my favorite things in service is creating an impromptu cocktail and watching the reaction of the 1st sip. The validation that it matches up to what the palette desires at that exact moment is EVERYTHING!
What would you do with the $20,000?I would use the 20k to help build my own brand! I want to teach mixology classes and host parties as a team building for groups but also want to look into developing bar ware, tinctures, and consult on bar design!
