I love that no two days are ever the same and I love meeting new people and turning them into regulars. I love celebrating a guests special occasion and also being a listening ear to those who need it. But my favorite has been bringing up new “baby bartenders” and teaching them just how great a profession we’re in.
What is your favorite drink to make and why?Definitely margaritas or old fashioned! While both are simpler cocktails they can be executed so many ways. Experimenting with them have made many of my guests frequent customers
What would you do with the $20,000?As a single mom my first order of business would be to plan a vacation for me and my two boys. With school and activities and my schedule it’s hard to get in as much quality time as I would like with them. The rest of the money would go into their college fund
